Aviation Prep Academy is offering FREE prep courses beginning Fall, 2025, thanks to generous funding from M&T Bank

When most people think of airline jobs, they think of pilots and flight attendants. In addition,

airlines hire hundreds of staff who work behind the scenes to make it happen operationally,

e.g. crew schedulers and central load planners. These jobs often do not require a BA degree, pay good wages and provide full benefits, including flight benefits.

The Avprep program is a FREE 63 hour course that will focus on these jobs. We are especially interested in helping people from communities that traditionally are underrepresented in the industry to gain footing and prepare for good paying jobs.

Do you think you’re eligible?

There are THREE requirements you will have to satisfy.

1. Do you have your GED/high school diploma?

2. Are you able to work in the U.S.?

3. Are you interested in learning about working in the aviation industry?

Please note that this is a competitive process, and space is limited. There is

no guarantee that you will be accepted. You may be placed on a waiting list

or required to participate in an interview.
